  • Painful. My time is money. Even after agreed upon terms, this dealer wasted hours of my time. Unorganized, slow, and inefficient. I've never had my time so blatantly disregarded waiting hours after hours to sign paperwork and wait for a vehicle to arrive. Needless to say, I did not buy. I don't understand why this has to be so hard.
