  • I hired Poolman 5 years ago to renovate my pool and have had them cleaning my pool up until last week. First of all shame on me for keeping this sub par company working for me! I am in the middle of more pool renovations due to their horrible job the first time. We have discovered that the way they installed my pool light and the concrete over actually broke the pipe to the light and has been leaking water. I can't even begin to tell you how bad the rest of the renovation was. Now on to their pool service. To be blunt, they SUCK! My pool always looks dirty. Even they day they clean it. Last summer,during monsoon, the pool looked bad. Each week I would look at the pool after my service and it looked like nothing had been done. Again, I figured monsoon. A couple more weeks go by and now I see I have green algae growing on the walls. Hmmmm called them and of it was the next week before a manager could come out. So it turns out the FREE salt system was broken (when the manager showed it to me he said that it had been broken for months) and there were no chemicals in my pool. The pool guy was simply leaving the paper slip that he had been there. That had gone on for awhile, even the manager said it would take months for a pool to get to this condition. When I asked for a credit they gave me ONE FLIPPING WEEK!!!! Run do not walk away from this company. They are extremely incompetent, trust me, I have many more examples. I fired them last week and I have to say it felt so good. If I could give them zero stars I would. If you are looking for a trust worthy, competent pool service or a remodel/new build call Classic Pool Service. Tito ,the owner rocks. Look up his reviees. Be sure to tell them I sent you. They are an awesome trustworthy company.
