  • I love Kiehl's product! It's amazing and especially for the price point. However this specific store is a disaster! Customer service is awful! I went in today to get product I need to restock on and the associate acted like it was a bothersome that I was in the store. This isn't the first negative experience I have at this location. I would much rather buy at Nordstrom or online then go back to this specific boutique. I suggest someone review the staffing at this store including management. Clearly I am not the only client that has had an experience like this.
