  • We did not have a good experience here, basically like most dealerships they tried to charge WAY more for a used car than it was worth and then knocked it down to the price it was worth to make us think we were getting a deal. They just kept repeating that it had a sunroof.... We live in Phoenix, I get plenty of sun. I'm not prepared to pay extra for a sunroof because this car is old and has 100k miles LOL. Then they tried to ask us if something was wrong with them and that's why we didn't want to buy. Ya something is wrong with the people that work at this dealership that we encountered. They're a bunch of snakes. One of the guys was trying to make us feel bad for him because he hadn't made a sale all day.... Saying he must need to go to church because something is wrong with him. After we asked them not to call us they called repeatedly throughout the week and called past 9pm..... Very unprofessional. I went over to Audi in north Scottsdale and they treated us with respect and they were fair. I was able to get the same model of a car two years newer, a much better price, plus a 3 year warranty and they made the process so easy. Glad we dodged that bullet. Take your business to any other dealership really. You'll waste your time at showcase Honda. Those guys are not looking for your best interest. And no thanks Zachary Z..
