  • The customer service in this company is horrible. Their office girl Sunny is the rudest nastiest person. They have no regards for their customers. If I could give them a negative star I would. There are too many great plumbers out there so you shouldn't have to use this one. They don't show up when told that they will be at your home and when you call you have to talk to Sunny . And if she doesn't like the fact that you are upset. She just tells you to find another Plummer. Maybe they don't need the business . I can't imagine how this woman still has a job unless she's married into the company. But then they should consider getting her off the phones.
