  • Great service dept. Cliff was wonderful. Some reviews complain that if they'd known their service would take a while they'd have arranged for a ride. What stopped them? Huntersville, Ford has a courtesy van driven by Henry and can give anyone a ride home and pick them up, as they did for me. When I bought my 2014 Fusion it had a small paint chip. It was fixed free. There was an MPG issue, which was corrected under warranty. Software updates for the SYNC system were done professionally and in a timely manner. I am very happy so far with Huntersville Ford. I have ALWAYS been greeted out front and felt like I've been treated like a VIP. The only way I could see myself being treated badly at Huntersville Ford is if I acted like a jerk to them.
