  • Grandmother got progressively worse, she has no control of her arms and extremities of her body, she was ignored for 4 hours crying for help because she could not reach and activate her emergency button sitting in a wheelchair in pain from the bed sores she developed at the facility. The staff is arrogant and excessively vain, people are objects in this home and i plead with you do not have your loved one stay at this home they might not make it!
