  • I contacted this company to replace my vinyl siding with James Hardie, and replace my roof and gutters. All was going well until I asked the sales representative to revisit my home to show my husband the gutter sample. My husband wanted to see the no-clog system, as it was considerably more expensive than regular gutters. We were ready to sign off and get started on the work, but the sales rep. never contacted me. I left phone messages and emails, but no one ever called back. I ended up using another company that I was very pleased with and they lost a $35,000 job due to lack of follow up.
