  • Awful service. I went in today and asked a simple question as to whether or not they did stain removal. The defensively asked what i meant; the one gent looked at my clothes and declared them all beyond repair. This may be true but a simple "no" would have sufficed instead of the huffy attitude. I smiled and took back my stained clothes. I decided to leave a few woman's jackets with them for simple dry cleaning. The woman looked over my jacket and asked if I ever had it dry cleaned, I replied "no" (its a fairly new jacket) and she replied with "i didn't think so." Why the abrasive service? I regret deciding to leave a few garments with them. I'm not asking them to do me a favour nor questioned their abilities, I simply asked if it was a service they offered.
