This statement is for Director Doug De Lacusta:
We've have twice purchased two Toyota 4Runners there at FINDLAY TOYOTA. We've never had any issues with your service department till today! It's too bad that you guys don't record your calls for "Quality Purposes".
I called FINDLAY TOYOTA and was greeted by Kendra. Pleasant young lady, but could not answer my question. We received through the mail that we are part of a Class Action Lawsuit regarding these bad Tanaka airbags and the possibility of us (my family) and/or other occupants. So, I was transferred to the service manager.
This is where the problem begins. As I discussed the issue with NOAH, and at the same time he was on speaker phone so my wife can also hear the details of the airbags....this man became indignant towards us! His comment that bothered me the most was "YOU'RE WASTING MY TIME WITH THIS CALL!!!".....then hangs up on me! Safety issues should NOT BE "WASTED TIME" so this is UNACCEPTABLE!
As a Disabled Veteran, to be treated by this man that way....WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM FINDLAY TOYOTA. I am also contacting Channel 13 News, The Department of Veterans Affairs and my district Congresswoman Dina Titus and let EVERYONE KNOW how we've been treated.
