  • Came here to rest after a birthday weekend, and it is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Our neighbours had their tvs blasted on high volume. It was so loud we could actually hear what they were watching very clearly. Their walls are very thin. This continue throughout the entire night. We called the concierge about this 4 times, and they got a security guard to politely tell them to keep it down. They did not. We called concierge again, and send up the same security guard. We heard how he spoke and it seems like he was afraid to tell them to keep it down. It was 4am before the concierge moved us to another floor to sleep in. At 8am we heard people next door moving in, and even heard them shower!! Seriously it was a bit creepy how thin the walls are because we can hear everything clearly. Only getting a couple of hours of sleep we were pretty upset throughout the day. Will never return ever again.
