  • Good solid 3 stars. Modest airport. Linoleum floors and some carpet. Old restrooms and overall old infrastructure, but it is kept clean which is important! Very few restaurants in Terminal C, though Paciugo Gelato looked enticing, if only it wasn't 6am and the sun wasn't still hiding out, I might consider a scoop. Underground tunnel to Concourse D is a bit of a walk so give yourself time as not to miss your flight. If you are just landing, Rental car center is off-site. If you are returning your rental you must still drive through the airport to receive very vague directions towards the rental car return center. So stay alert and use your common sense or you might end up wondering if you missed a turn somewhere. Terminal D is large. Must be their "international" wing. Ugly grey carpet dominates. But it is a lot more modern with XL windows, and looks like it was an addition to the smaller, older airport. Subway and Sbarro give you guiltless option and greasy delight! Both sell breakfast items (including "breakfast pizza" which I salivated over but was not brave enough to order). Egg-white 6inch subway with spinach and no cheese (and please, LOTS of fresh raw onions since I don't plan on kissing anyone today!). Seats at waiting area are generic airport blue and metal chairs, not in the style of LeCorbusier, but more, basic, likely to have been built by inmates in a private prison somewhere USA. Because Concourse D is newer the bathrooms are cleaner, more modern and spacious. No recognizable coffee shop in this wing. Just a regular cup of joe from a thermos at Subway; or Seattle's Best (owned by Starbucks) from Sbarro.
