rev:text	I took my iPhone in to get the screen fixed. I left it for an hour and when I came back, the girl told me that the screen she had tried was defective so she needed more time. I came back later that afternoon and picked up my phone. I was having a hard time with the touch screen, so I called and the guy I spoke with told me that he was sorry but that the technician said that there was a problem with the wiring and to bring it back today to the master technician. I went in today at 1:35 and spoke with the master technician. He took my phone and went in the back and took it apart and came back and told me there was nothing wrong with my phone. He told me to "play with it" for the next few days and if I was still having issues to bring it back. I came home and my husband called me - at least 4 times and I couldn't hear him but he could hear me. I took the phone back and then was told that it was a "system problem" and my phone was "glitchy" and they sent me on my way... AGAIN. I went out to the parking lot and tried to make a call and I could only hear if I used my speaker, so I took my phone BACK in and asked to speak to the technician AGAIN. I explained to him that I couldn't hear through the ear piece and that my phone had worked (I could hear) before I had come in that day. He took my phone AGAIN and told me to come back in an hour. I again left my phone for an hour. I came back and the one guy told me that the technician said that he was still having the same issues so he was going to try yet another screen on my phone. About 10 minutes later, the technician came out with my phone in pieces and tried the ear piece. He said that he "hadn't touched those wires" so he didn't understand how come it wasn't working. He put on a different screen and the came out with only half of my phone and said that he must've torn the wire to the ear piece & front camera. He told me that I could still use my phone but that I had to use a blue tooth or the speaker until he could fix it again. Then he went in the back and put my screen back together & when he brought it back out, the bottom of the screen flickered. He told me that he promised to fix it & the ear piece wire "free of charge". When I had asked for a refund, he told me that I had to speak to the manager & then asked me what I planned on doing after I got the refund. I use my phone for work and to not be able to talk on it is incredibly frustrating. I have been in store at least 4 times and spent $150 and I still can't use my phone! This is inexcusable!! I'm beyond done dealing with these people!! Thanks for commenting Frank. I came by the store this morning to speak with your manager because I was told he was there on Wednesday morning. He's not. I would love to call him, but my phone STILL doesn't work! Also, Sean is the one who broke my phone and when I had asked him if I could speak to a manager, he never once said anything about how he was a manager. I finally spoke with him (after I called - even though I had left a message with the other employees to have him call me) & he got snotty with me. Then he promised to refund my money & fix my phone for free. Call me crazy, but I honestly have ZERO faith in him. I honestly think that they are hoping that I just go away.
