  • Don't be enticed by the store appearance and cleanliness. The staff is under educated, lazy, badly managed, and unprofessional. From mishandling online reservations, utterly inappropriate loud conversations with clients, to bickering amongst staff, to inappropriate, shabby attire (one tech was solely wearing a spanks tank three sizes too small, full boobs in our faces as she did our pedis) and unkempt personal hygiene. The staffs' actions made it anything but peaceful or enjoyable. Most importantly though is their work which they would have to come a lot to reach substandard. A client sitting a few chairs from me and I individually told the front desk that ours were the worst mani/pedis ever. My mani was unevenly cut and erratically shaped, had snag on multiple fingers from bad filing skills, the cuticles were hacked, there was no moisturizing cream. My pedi was equally bad but add that she didn't clean the nails, the added charge for callus remover that was a waste of money and really no elbow grease put into any of the tasks. The other lady's toes were bleeding from rough handling, and her polish and cut were worse than mine. There was a lovely lady manning the front desk, who apologetically when seeing the work gave a 10% discount, not enough but all that she was allowed to do. COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED. The one star goes only to the facility.
