Booked an appointment because of a $15 livingsocial deal I had purchased for myself and a friend if mine. Noticed it required me to call and make an appointment which I thought was tedious and slightly annoying, but w/e. Called to try to make an appointment for me and my friend first and they were not friendly at all. On top of their unfriendliness, they would not let me book the appointment on behalf of my friend. In addition, they would not let me book an appointment without providing them my livingsocial number. Couldn't you just get it when I arrived? So after a few times trying to call and schedule an appointment for a spa pedicure, which felt like moving mountains compared to when I normally get my nails done and walk right into a place, I got an appointment by myself for 6:30 pm on a Tuesday. When I arrived, no one greeted me and the entire staff were talking in one corner on their phones/laptops. There was one other customer in there as well. The pedicure itself was actually very very good. The massage felt like it lasted forever and the massage chair worked nicely. The nail tech I had was kind. Unfortunately the customer service and appointment policy surpass the actual nail service so I will not be returning.
