rev:text	Like most others, I would give them zero stars if I could. I booked a rental car for 11am and was planning on returning it at 9pm. I made the reservation so that my brother and I could go to Utah for a hike but it took over two hours to receive any service and once we got to the front of the line, paid, etc. it took another half an hour for them to give us keys.... they said they didn't have any cars available. They gave us the car so long after my reservation time that we didn't even get to Utah in time for the whole hike because of the sunset. So I got the car about 3 hours after I had it reserved for and returned it an hour early but my rate wasn't changed at all. The line was ridiculously long and once you finally got to the front, the employees were so rude and not helpful at all. I unfortunately already had another paid reservation for later in the week as well. This time the line only took about an hour and a half. I'm not sure how many employees were working because there were only a max of two working at a time even though I saw at least 4. The line was again ridiculously long and once I got to the front, one of the employees was sitting at the desk ordering lunch instead of helping the 20+ customers in line. I know this because he was sitting there on his phone, asking the two women at the counter who were actually helping customers what they wanted for lunch and if they wanted to add drinks on to their orders, etc. I cannot say enough bad things about this company and this branch especially. I don't care how much more expensive another rental company would cost, I'd pay quadruple just to not deal with them. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
