  • While Dr. Curley is nice, the service and staff at Phoenix Pediatrics is the WORST I have come across in years, and I will never send my kids here again. This office has lost one consent form after another, and the office manager, Julene, was the worst of everyone when I brought this to her attention. How does a pediatrician's office lose a parental consent form that has been provided 3-4x in the past? I wish I could have given 0 stars.
