  • My first time ever going to any waxing studio. No one wants to feel pain, we all know - But we gotta get it done. I found Sugarmoon through Toronto's best waxing / hair removal studios for nonpermanent hair removal. Sugarmoon already + immediately stood out to me among the list of already 'best- waxing salons'. They also obviously have other services, but they are best known for their body sugaring method (least painful method compared to normal heat waxing and less implications for after-care), so I am not surprised price is just a bit more. (You pay for what you get.) ...More information on their website that is very easy and thorough (Book your appointment online or call in!). I did Brazilian sugaring, will definitely come back again. Very clean the way they operate for their clients. Flexible and accommodating, I love how they have a few convenient locations. This is definitely the go-to place for all your painless waxing / removal needs, especially for first timers (of any hair removal)! Terez was patient, welcoming, friendly, everything I expected from a technician. At first I was excited, then nervous for my first time waxing ever. She calm me down, very efficient, DETAIL-ORIENTED, professional, my first experience went by very smoothly. She paid attention to all my concerns. She made sure my first time and every time from now on goes least painful as possible. I trust her. She also educated me about what happens from here on and good after-care and any implications (one-in-a-million but just in case)! Everything was clean and smooth I still do not believe. I am in love with the results. *First time is normal price, then second and onwards time coming is reduced pricing! (P.S. Buy their antiseptic cream for best after-care!) Will be coming back from now on for my next visits with Terez (I'm sure all the other staff are also very good too, seeing the other reviews)! Amazing.
