  • We bought our mattress about 7 years ago. After about 4 it started sagging. Called for warranty and they came and picked it up. According to them it was JUST the filling on top. They restuffed it and brought it back. It was not correctly stuffed- the batting rolls down inside the cover-right in the middle of my back. It still sags and has two imprints where we sleep. They claim it isn't a warranty issue but mistreatment and therefore won't honor the warranty. Needless to say, we are 7 years into a 10 year mattress and are shopping for a new one. I could deal with 7 years if we hadn't started having issues at year 4.
