Nightmare company, less than honorable salesman, parent company could careless. Premier Pools and Spas does not honor their warranties on pool surface.
My surface is less than 5 years old starting showing major cracks at year two and has big chunks coming off. After several attempts over the past three years with poor response, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Then they posted a copy of my entire contract on the BBB website and did not even have the courtesy to redact confidential or personal information.
Made them aware of he issue the first year and they promised to repair after the swim season. I made several attempts to call and no return phone call. After year three, sent a text to the owner's/ saleperson's mobile phone and was texted back to use the warranty email address. After emailing them twice to figure out a the warranty issue, they did not respond. I filed a complaint with the BBB bureau, After a month and half they responded and the BBB closed the complaint, not phone call no email I had to find out for myself. The BBB of Las Vegas seems to take a response and close the complaint even though on the document it gave the specific warranty information and shows that the pool is still within the warranty period.
