  • Met with Tom on Feb 1st, and had a system up and running on Feb 2nd!! My family has sensitive skin and was suffering badly. Tom understood this urgency and went above and beyond to help. Fidel and Javier arrived today, on time, neat, and polite. They even helped move items in my garage to make room for the new system. Both employees were clean , knowledgeable , and efficient. Both spent over 20 mins prior to leaving explaining EVERY component , and addressing every question. They even cleaned the system down just before they left !! In a day in age where most typical commerce is done via the Internet or over the phone, it's really nice to see there are still hardworking businesses that are ethical and dependable !! I will be coming back and trusting them with my water heater and a/c too
