  • Mcdonalds has always been my childhood favorite place to go but this location has disappointed me over and over again which I will NEVER step come back! This is my second bad experience I have had at this location. The first time I came to buy take out and asked for no salt on the fries. As I got home and started eating, I noticed my fries were soggy and cold. It only took me less than 5 mins to get home, how is it possible for the fries to be cold so fast and it was during summer time. The second time, which was this time. We went in on a Saturday afternoon to grab coffee. There's a new SPC promotion at McDonald's where it's buy one get one free speciality hot coffee, so we decided to try their speciality coffee. There wasn't a lot of people in line and only 2 cashiers opened. It took over 10mins for us to wait in line when I'm the second in line. The McCafe screen that shows what coffee they had were broken so we were unable to see the menu. When it was finally our turn, we asked if they had the roasted marshmallow, the cashier looked extremely lost like she didn't understand what we were talking about. We explained that since the menu screen they had was turned off we had to look up the McCafe menu online which roasted marshmallow was listed. She then seemed like she came back to earth and told us no. So we just ordered a mocha and cappuccino, we show her a SPC card with student ID and she felt lost again as of why we're showing her that. We had to tell her the promotion and she seemed lost, she asked another employee standing behind her and she, seemed lost too and said she doesn't know of such promotion. How is it possible when the menu screen above their heads are showing the promo and 2 of the employees working there do not know of such?!?! They had to finally get the manager over to solve this issue. As we got our coffees, we weren't asked how we would like them, so it was just made with no sugar and was given none either. The employee that made our coffee seemed like she didn't know what she was doing at all, so our cups were only 80% including the froth milk. I felt like I was RIPPED OFF big time by this McDonalds!! I paid more than $2 for a small coffee and I only get 80% of the cup and tasted horrible also cause coffee was not hot but warm!! PLEASE MCDONALD'S, IF YOU CAN'T HIRE BETTER STAFF THAN KIDS THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY'RE DOING, JUST DO US ALL A FAVOUR AND DON'T!!! IF NOT YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO PROPERLY TRAIN YOUR STAFF MEMBERS!!! Never are we coming back again!!
