| - When I came in for my appointment, I still had to wait as they were understaffed that night, but that's no problem. The people there that night were extremely helpful and nice, even though they had to run back and forth between 2-3 brides. These people accommodated me from shoes, to veils, to bras, etc. I ordered my dress, awesome.
When I came in to pick up my dress, it was awkward. I was greeted, but there were like 5 workers behind the counter staring at my party. I was brought to my dressing room and I got my dress, but there wasn't a garment bag. I was told I had to order one, but I wasn't offered it my first purchase, so I walked out with a big white plastic bag over it.
This visit was weird because I tried on my dress, but no one was there to make sure I felt comfortable or if I needed any help. The only person who was there was this guy who was helping another party and he was talking to me, being friendly. (I've seen him in previous visits and he's awesome)! So I awkwardly took off my dress and walked to the counter where workers just stared at me asking me, wondering if I needed help. Umm, of course I need help? Anyways, let's just say the last visit left a very bad taste in my mouth. The workers, except the gentleman, were very awkward, cold, and rude. Even my sisters and mom made a comment on that.
The first visit was great (Najla and Tarras were awesome), the last just made me very angry. You'd think if you're spending so much money, paying these people, that you'd be treated better.
