If I could five negative stars I would. I have turned in rental modems twice and twice they have lost them and continued to send me bills. I send them receipts showing the return and they say that the account number doesn't exist. More recently they tried to set up prism service in my house only to realize mid setup that they don't offer prism in my area. Sent all the boxes back and Lowe and behold a box with a cable box and modem shows up three weeks later. Sent it back....they send me another. Customer service is useless. I sent the modem and cable box back Again and AGAIN they send me another. This is all for a service I never started. Oh...let's not forget that they are sending me bills for a service I never received that's not even offered in my area. Curse you, Century Link. Curse you.
