Deeply disappointed by the speed at which they process people for ticket sales. This is the kind of thing that a machine could easily do and still they pay people to serve as cashiers. But they offer an $89 "special" to skip the lines and get to the front of the elevator queues. So if the lines sped up, the $89 ticket option would lose its cachet. Even the regular price is inflated. $35 to go up an elevator?
1. Two elevators available to go up and down but only one was taking people.
2. They force you to take a green screen picture so they can try and sell you a picture of your family with the CN tower in the background as you exit. I asked if we could bypass the picture and they said no. That's frustrating both from a time perspective and a privacy perspective.
I will say I was impressed with how quickly you can get down and out of there although it is confusing to get out when you hit the gift shop. Not unintentionally I am sure.
