Let me start with the positives:
Our room was a junior suite that faced the Strip, and it had a great view. The front desk check in was fast and friendly by a guy named Christopher who sincerely congratulated us on our recent wedding. The Bell Hop was helpful and friendly as was the valet service. The consigliere was a woman and was nice enough but had to make a few phone calls to get a few answers to basic questions. The rooms were kept very clean and we didn't have that weird feeling about the housekeeping crew messing with or maybe taking our belongings. thats a good feeling that you don't always have.
The not so good:
The parking is 'free', but then, there's a $25 a day 'resort fee' charge that covers parking, use of the gym and a newspaper available at the front desk daily if you're so inclined. What's with the resort fees guys? Either charge me for parking, or don't. It's annoying. The pool area closes at 5pm so if it's a beautiful day outside and you just want to relax somewhere outside of your room, forget it. There's no outdoor space available after they close. Also, there's a shuttle bus that runs you back and forth to the strip from the hotel, but the last pick up from the strip back to the hotel is at 8:30pm. C'mon guys, this is Vegas! Who wants to leave the strip at 8:30PM??? There was also a long tear in the shear curtins that was very frayed and looked like it had been there for awhile.
Overall, we were happy with the hotel and would probably stay there again.
