  • We recently got a new puppy and decided to switch vets. I took the puppy and our 4yr old dog in for their check-ups and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Both buildings are clean and well maintained. Dr. Carlson checked our puppy. She explained everything she was checking as well as her findings. She was very pleasant and took time to answer all the questions I had. She reviewed our puppy's paper work that we received from the shelter. She went over all the shots and procedures he had already gotten as well as recommending what should happen next. The vet tech was also very caring and attentive to the puppy. She clipped his nails and cleaned his ears while we waited for the doctor. Dr. Smith checked our dog. I actually ran into him outside while I was walking my dog into the building. He stopped to greet my dog and hold the door open for us. Once inside the exam room, the vet-tech was cheerful and interacted with my dog and myself wonderfully. Same as with the previous visit, Dr. Smith explained everything he was doing and what he found. He took the time to make sure I understood and answered any questions I had. I would recommend this place to everyone.
