  • Scam office. Make sure you check what they are billing you and your insurance company. They sent me a bill for 970.00 claiming I owe them because my insurance maxed out. I was looking at what they have been billing my insurance and I just found 2 claims that my insurance denied paying them for dentures adjustments, that are suppose to be included, they told me "come by anytime if your new dentures are bugging you and we will adjust them" I asked them how much does it cost, they said it cost nothing, it's included in the procedure, it's part of the healing process. Yeah I'll be having another dental office I trust X-ray my mouth and see what was actually done in the 45minutes I was there like "bone grafts" before I pay them what they think I owe them 970.00. I already paid them what they said I would be responsible for after my insurance, they have my insurance information they know what my deductible is and what it maxed out at. I paid them 3529.10 and now they want more. I don't trust these people. I will also report them to the better business bureau and the attorney general
