Bring back Bonnie. "The Bay" through out my life played different roles. Way back in the 80's it was the place to shop, in the nineties not so much, they lost their identity. Then in recent years they brought Bonnie in to turn it around and it became the "Hudson Bay" and it started to look great again. Then Bonnie disappears from the scene and today, it is a shit show again. No service and don't you dare disturb someone working in the store and ask them for help.
I went in today to buy a pair of gloves and you think I could find someone to help me. Not a chance. I ended up finding them, buying two pair totaling $200 and left with a promise to myself I would rather die then to come back to this store. Good luck "The Bay", you need to learn to compete with the dollar store if you want to survive. I won't be back. This would be a good place for a Yelp event as they only tend to have yelp events at desperate stores and restaurants just before they close down.
