  • Came in for a balayage. I showed pictures of a hair colour that was hard to achieve so instead I chose a more realistic colour, brown. After the dying and rinsing came I sat back on the chair and my hair was bleached! I thought they had to bleach it before adding brown, but he started to blow-dry it. After he was done he asked if I liked it and I was just in shock. This is not fucking brown. He somehow still had the idea in his head that making my hair this light was a step in getting the original color I had in mind...which I told them specifically I did not want and wanted something more attainable like brown. The dye wasn't even blended in. It looked like they dipped my hair in dye. A waste of my time and $200. Never coming back here.
