  • First visit to a Concentra facility and hopefully I'll be able to use them again. The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. Center Operations Director Melissa Swasey was very helpful in arranging for all my paperwork and payment to accommodate the tests I needed to satisfy and out-of-state request for extensive physical and lab work-ups. Lab tech Ana was very efficient in completing an array of tests and obtaining all the necessary fluid samples. I observed their processes for ensuring accuracy of the tests and samples; takes a bit more time, but seriously worth the effort. I completed the exam with Dr. Karin O'Clair, then a quick check-out with Melissa who ensured I had a copy of my paperwork and was already faxing a copy to my exam requester.
