  • I am horrified at the experience that I had at Masters creation. I have given them my business for 12 years. I've given my father a very expensive watch for his last Father's Day. I've been wearing the watch ever since it needed a new battery and I had taken it to Gannon they replace the one better for free and said that it would need a watch Smith to work on it to replace the other battery. I went to masters creation he looked at the watch he said that the watch would cost $40 for the battery and I should come back in half an hour. Upon my return explain to me that the watch was brought in broken, which was totally in accurate. When I gave him the opportunity to rectify the situation in a positive manner, asking him how he would like to fix the watch he swore he yelled use extreme profanity and at the top of his Lungs screaming for me to get out of the store that I was trying to somehow cheat him and ask him to pay for my watch. Far from that all I ever wanted was my watch to have a battery replaced and now it's inoperable . I will now have to send the watch off and have it fixed. Please neighbors and friends do not use this business Master Jewelers on Chandler Boulevard.
