  • I wanted to like this place! Mostly because I read the nice reviews. However It was not phenomenal. My boyfriend and I decided we would get a massage. It was last minute and we called the spa to make an appointment. When my boyfriend asked for an appointment, the women on the phone laughed. Im not sure why. But she laughed and said they are a highly busy spa. He asked when we could go in and she ended up giving us an appointment for that day. She was not rude but her laughing did throw us off. When we arrived the woman at the front was very nice. So no further complaint. However the massage, we had the couples massage, was not fabulous. I have received better. My problem was that we went into the room at 3:10pm, they were giving us massage by 3:15pm and the massage was over at 3:55pm. When we paid for an hour long massage. Also my massage was given to me on top of my sheets...and my boyfriends was now. Im not sure why that was. However I would have preferred for my back to not be massaged over the sheets. It wasn't an awful experience..everyone was polite. However It just was not great.
