The spin cycle on our washer stopped working. Major bummer. The laundry is piling up. You all know how that goes.
We went to Whirlpool.com to schedule a repair. Within just a couple of hours, I received a phone call from a woman at this office to schedule the repair.
They said "between 8 and 1, but we'll call you the day of to narrow it down."
This morning, I received a call at about 10 minutes to 8. She narrowed the time down to between 9&11.
Ryan F. #818 showed up right on time. He was incredibly polite and kind and explained what was going on with the washer and the estimate for what it would cost to fix it. He was very thorough in explaining what the problem was and the cost to repair it and the parts necessary to get the job done. My husband and I both appreciated his thoroughness.
BONUS: As a female, I'm used to repair men being rude or dismissive of me. He treated me like an adult who could understand what he was talking about. You can't put a star rating or price on that kind of treatment and service. More of these contractors need to realize that many of us women actually understand what they are talking about. Ryan did this, and I sincerely appreciate it.
If anything breaks, call these guys. They were great!
