While the food is good, and we used to love it for date night, I will never return after being our last experience. We made a reservation. That night, we got there, and there was no reservation under our name. We were then told there was an hour long wait. There was NO apology, no attempt to do anything. We left angrily. Then we immediately called to tell the manager how the hostess has treated us. The manager told us he did not know why we were told there was an hour wait, as the wait was only a few minutes.
I understand mistakes get made. As long as people make some attempt to show me I'm a valued customer, I'm pretty forgiving of mistakes. I've worked in the restaurant industry. I know you NEVER let a customer walk out angrily because you didn't even make an attempt to correct a problem.
When I contacted corporate, I got no response back, either. Clearly Biaggi's does not want my business, so I shall never give it to them again.
