| - If I could give them no stars I would. My advice to you is if you find something you like, make sure you take it out of the store right away or better yet- don't event shop at this store. My husband and I visited the store recently and spent quite a bit of time deciding on a mattress that would support my curves. Neither one of us like a firm mattress. We selected a nice plush mattress with just the right softness/firmness. We paid for the mattress before we left the store and Tommy stated he would have the mattress delivered on Tuesday, March 1, 2016. We both were at work when the mattress was delivered but when we got home- we were in for big surprise. The mattress was not the one we selected in the store. The mattress was hard and neither one of were able to get a good night sleep. We tossed and turned and were very uncomfortable- we knew immediately this was not the mattress we purchased. The next morning I called Tommy right away to state this was not the right mattress, he wanted to disagree with me before I told him I had pictures to show this was not the mattress we selected. He quickly changed his tune and stated for me to stop by and show him the pictures. If indeed the mattress was different, he would pick up the one we had for free and deliver the correct mattress. The next day I went to the store and showed him the pictures. Never once did he say, "I'm sorry, we apologize for delivering the wrong mattress". Nothing, instead he wanted to give me some advice and said sometimes it takes a mattress 30-60 days to break in. How foolish. He then asked his other employees to look at the pictures and clearly they showed this was not the same mattress. He tried to sell me another mattress that I didn't like. Clearly, he had sold the mattress we selected and paid for just a few days earlier on Saturday, February 27, 2016. Eventually, he stated he would reimburse the amount of the mattress we paid. What he didn't say was that I'm sorry and we will also reimburse you for the $60 delivery fee. We do not feel we should pay a delivery charge for a wrong mattress that was delivered. On top of that, the mattress we purchased had been sold, it was not in the store. His employees picked up the mattress the same day I went to the store and I asked the employee for the $60 reimbursement because that is who we gave the delivery charge money too because Tommy said we do not pay him directly for delivery charges. The delivery guy said we needed to speak with Tommy. So I called Tommy while the delivery guy was still in our house and the lady who answered the phone stated Tommy was with a customer. I left my name, phone number, and reason for my call. Its been 5 days and I still have not heard from Tommy. Yes, it's just $60 but for us it is the principle. He could have at least apologized for not delivering the correct mattress and selling the mattress we selected. BUYER BEWARE. He asked me when we bought the mattress if we were on Yelp and I said no. I signed up just for him- could have been a great review but unfortunately not. I will not recommend anyone to buy a mattress from this store. Please also do your research, there are quality mattresses at decent prices elsewhere. No need to shop here.
