  • Easily among the LEAST FRIENDLY AIRPORTS in the US despite their "Friendliest Airport" slogan. Lack curbside checking in, incorrect exterior signage as to where it's OK to pull up and drop off, TSA pre-check in Terminal 3 often unstaffed, 300-400 Yard hike from gates to baggage claim, among the WORST food choices of any major airport - even the airport volunteer ambassadors are snarly. If airport leadership believes this is "friendly" they should all be fired. What do they say in advertising: Extol the virtues of your worst quality often enough and some people will believe it's your strength.
