  • Well now one doesn't expect much when coming to Walmart but I was sorely disappointed by today's visit thanks to our checkout person Phoebe, who clearly didn't want to be at work today! She never spoke. Just started ringing up my stuff. I could get over that but when she started throwing my stuff in the bags - literally throwing things - I was done. See attached video. Unfortunately by the time I pulled out my phone to video she was down to just the clothes, but the same force was used with my bread, the boxed goods, and everything else. The shirts you see her throwing in the bag here were nicely folded and now sit a crumpled mess in the bag. I don't know what her problem is but if she didn't want to deal with the public she shouldn't have applied to work in retail. And where the heck is Walmart's management? Do they care? It was so ridiculous!
