a) The original founding Doc. [Doc. Ting] no longer practices ; miss you so much, you were fantastic
b) Dr. Utley is gone too, another great loss
c) office staff customer service abysmal at best (deserves zero stars or a minus if could), never return calls and careless about passing on messages. Can't deal with billing issues; have to "contact corporate in NY".......
d) new doc. that replaced Dr. Utley is not yet 'credentialed' which means insurance companies won't honor billing. "be careful" you may get a bill for the treatment
