| - Will Always Ruin Your Day (from a long-time patient) I think this company has different offices, and the one I know is at 702 E. Bell. I went for years because I liked the dentist even though I ALWAYS overheard nasty things staff members were saying about patients. I always felt sad/depressed after leaving that place after hearing so much negativity. In addition, the billing office always gets it wrong, and the staff won't help. I have heard patient after patient asking for corrections, and the staff gets in their face, yelling at them loudly. They get so angry and sarcastic at the patient that all of us in the waiting room feel bad, and then yell at them that they don't handle the billing, so it's not their fault--but won't say who to contact. This has been going on for many years--EVERY time I've ever been there, and I go regularly for teeth cleaning. I've had other patients turn to me and tell me they've had the same problem as the poor person who's the current object of the manager's wrath, or they always hear the staff yelling at people. After the patient leaves, the staff sit back there making sarcastic comments and laughing about the patients. I've observed this twice a year for many years. But I kept going because I enjoyed Dr. Haghighat's services. But no more. The wonderful hygienist left (probably fed up), and the new one injured me by using WAY too much force and then blamed ME for injuring me! Later, I overheard Dr. Haghighat laughing and making fun of other patients with his staff. I've found several other good dentists, and I'm done with that place.
