BAD BAD BAD
I had a vehicle for FIVE DAYS and they called and told me my financing didn't go through and that I needed at least $6,000 more to get my loan. Yeah...the car went back. Underhanded dealings don't bode well with me.
Your sales manager JOHN SALAZAR was NOT informed about AHBC policies (hopefully, or he was just lying) and the financial division needs to keep a consumer in the loop when dealing with problems. Although after reading other reviews I see your finance department lacks in many ways. I wasn't notified about any issues until 5 days after my "purchase". Considering that NO ONE knew why I was there when I gave my name at the reception counter, I'm assuming that it had been an issue from a few days prior. Yet I wasn't contacted until today (3-13). Again, assuming...because I WASN'T informed of any problems.
After six other valley dealerships I had thought I had made the right choice. Just be straight with a customer and you will get repeat business. They almost got that. Can't recommend it now.
Only good thing about my experience...the wonderful lady that showed me the vehicles, answered my questions, answered questions I didn't even know I wanted to ask until she mentioned them. This WONDERFUL sales lady is JASMINE QUEEN. If she was employed at another dealership...I'd buy from her.
