Last time I was here, they had issues with the reservation that ended up splitting my haircut and beard trim between two people, which caused hassles for me and wasted my time having to wait, get a haircut, wait again, then get the beard trim. They acted like it was my fault that the system glitched. I chalked it up to bad luck on that trip.
This time though, the place was a mess (hair everywhere that they were clearly behind on sweeping up). I had an 11:00 appointment and had to wait 30 minutes because apparently you get in faster if you have an appointment and select a specific barber or something. I didn't set an appointment to end up waiting LONGER than the guy that came in after me without an appointment (they told him 20 minutes and it was 20 minutes). On top of that delay, the barber cutting my hair kept taking phone calls, texting on his cell phone, and getting distracted talking to other barbers. The chair they sat me in was right next to the open door, which had a cold breeze blowing in. That caused the worst razor burn I think I've ever had. Just an all around bad experience for the second time in a row. This was likely my last time booking with them.
