Excellent food, fantastic experience! We all got the tasting menu (long version) which was well worth it.
The tasting menu started with a dashi based soba noodle soup with mussels. Then we had horse mackerel tataki, nigiri (including bluefin tuna), sashimi and maki with ceviche. The dishes really combined Japanese with South American flavors which was cool. We finished it off with a chocolate cake dessert.
