  • I used a different service the first time we had lice, and it was very expensive. I felt like they took advantage of me in my panicked state. I called Professional Lice Mom after that to ask about buying the products, and Melanie was very knowledgeable and helpful. It is clear she is a champion on the war against lice, and she really cares about the customer, not just making a buck off others misery. I checked Melanie's price, and it was much more reasonable, plus she also educates customers on detection, elimination AND prevention. I wish we had her the first time! I am recommending Professional Lice Mom to everyone going forward. Thank you!!
