| - We haven't had a good Yelp review on this place in some time (2 years), but recent Google reviews are high and Yelp reviews are low. So I'm here to weigh in.
TLRD:
-clean
-kind and professional staff
-tech progressive, online booking and client records & preferences
-nails look gorgeous and exactly what requested
I give Tiffany 5 stars for a number of reasons. As someone who has been searching for the perfect nail place for over 3 years, I think I finally found it. I've had my nails done since I was 17, so that's 10 years of experience (That's a lie, maybe a liiiiiiiitle bit more than 10 years. Maybe closer to 20).
They were able to fit me in on short notice, which is a huge bonus for a mom of two young kids. My schedule is hectic! The salon was clean and beautiful. I always give props when a salon has a TV, because I can't possibly sit there for an hr watching a wall. Although I love conversation with my nail tech, I know they need to concentrate sometimes. And I enjoy a few minutes of mindless entertainment with no kids asking for milk or Callou.
I was impressed with the customer service when an elderly client came in, and she was treated like a queen. They took care of her and made sure she was happy and comfortable. With arthritic hands, she was unable to bend her fingers. The staff were so gentle and kind. Saying "Yes Madam", when she requested her nails to be shaped a certain way. This is the kind of service that I can applaud.
I love the fact that they are progressive, and I can book my appointments online. I don't have to sit on the phone for 10 mins to figure out when I can get in to work with my schedule, I can just check the online times and book based on their availability. That's a HUGE bonus.
I'd highly recommend this great little spot. Too many places that just bring in one client after another and there's no care or attention to each individual person. Tiffany is a little gem, and I'll be coming back!
