I was running errands with my 8 month old daughter & decided to stop in and check out the store. The material is extremely low quality, but the prices are low as well so that didn't bother me. Just know that their clothes probably won't last you more than a handful of washes. I walked around for a few minutes picking out some pieces and then headed to the back to try them on. You need a key to go into the fitting rooms but there were no sales associates there to help you, so I waited. I figured they were low staffed or simply busier than usual. I stood around looking at their shoe selection while I waited for someone to go back there. After maybe 10 minutes of waiting, someone finally went back there and asked if I'd like her to put the clothes in a fitting room for me, I told her I was ready to try them on and she walked me back into a fitting room. AFTER offering me a fitting room ANF hanging my clothes inside, she decided to tell me that I couldn't take the stroller back there for security purposes. In a bit of shock, I asked if I was seriously expected to leave my daughter outside. She said yes. Let me repeat: they wanted me to leave my UNSUPERVISED 8 month old INFANT waiting outside for me while I tried on clothes. Appealing!! She then seemed to change her mind, or realize how ridiculous that sounded & told me to just go inside and try the clothes on and she would go confirm this policy with a supervisor. I doubled checked & I MADE SURE I was allowed in there WITH the stroller BEFORE entering and she said YES. Maybe a minute later, once I'm already established and undressed in the fitting room, she knocks on the door and tells me she just confirmed that I'm not allowed in there with a stroller for security reasons. So I asked through the door if I was expected to get dressed and leave.. and she said YES! Can you believe that?! How absolutely humiliating! To be treated like a criminal when you've done nothing wrong or shady. I was dumbfounded! Never setting foot in this establishment again.
