  • Today was the second time 4 of us go in together to get our nails done. Last time was 20 min before closing, they quickly sat all 4 of us in chairs. We soaked for 30 min before they started our pedicure one by one. We were there 2 hours! They are always so kind to my 80 year old mother., so we decided to give them another chance. Today I walked in and asked beforehand, "is there a wait?" He said "no wait", "I said are you sure?" Long story short we ended up waiting for them again! They noticed our frustration and rushed the work! Owner even offered to do my Mom's brows for free, ended up charging her, even after we told them he said it was free! Never again! One lady got out of soak and left because she had to go! Very disappointed!
