  • Not only is the building outdated, the way business is handled is too. I understand things come up, but the doctor canceled on me, not once, but twice when I had made provisions to be there. I left this place once before, but returned for convenience. Poor decision. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable, but he has so many on his schedule, he tends to rush through visits, thus the patient becomes a number. Dr. McFadden still has growing to do. She always seems nervous and exhausted. (Sure way for patients to feel comfortable.) You know what, I'm over this place.---Most people go here because they feel they have no other options in the area.---Oh, there is a poor selection in frames.
