  • Crap service. Guy behind the counter was nice but crap service nonetheless. Went to get a tire replaced. That's it. Tire off tire on. Nothing more, nothing less. Just one thing. And I was specific about it. Old tire off and new tire on. One hour later I ask where's my car. The person behind the counter appeared to ask everyone on his way out to the garage where the guy working on the car was. No one knew. He said he was "probably" test driving it to remove the tpms system. Came back and the tpms light is still on. "Probably" shouldn't have brought my car here. "Probably" shouldn't take an hour to change a tire when it's not busy. "Probably" shouldn't give a stupid indirect answer to someone.
