  • Don Sabino is an excellent pool designer and an overall really nice man who made himself available to answer all questions. He answered all of our concerns and worked hard at gaining our trust. Unfortunately, Don has to release control to the construction manager to actually build the pool. This is where the process broke down. The construction manager was a piece of work. He would not return my phone calls, he made decisions about the pool w/o consulting the me. On one occasion i actually had to work with a subcontractor to fix a decision that was made by the construction manager, because the construction department is "closed on weekends". Steven from the excavation company that A&S hired(he is not an A&S employee) came over immediately after hearing about the issue and tried to address the concerns that i had and provided guidance and direction on how to move forward. I tell you what, without Steven from Fasttrack excavation this pool build would have been a complete nightmare. My pool was completed in spite of the A&S construction manager's rude and unprofessional behavior throughout this process only because of the quality of the sub's that A&S hires. My recommendation, shop around and make sure your pool build team will be 100% behind you throughout the entire process.
